VARIETAL COMPOSITION: chardonnay 45%, istrian malvasia 40%, sauvignon blanc 15% 

VINEYARDS: Central Istrian wine region, Grimalda area, single vineyard Brdo. 

TASTING NOTES: Complex aromatic profileyellow fruits, citric lime notes, slight mintiness. Rich and creamy. Grimalda White is a terroir wine of pronounced minerality and long finish. Pair with mushrooms, truffles, structured fish meals, white meat dishes.
