Place: Morgex et de la Salle - Aosta Valley, Italy
Variety: Prie Blanc
Farming: Organic
A discovery from an importer of great Italian and Spanish wines, we love Will’s words on this:
“Weightless like no other sparkling wine we have encountered. If their Blanc de Morgex et la Salle is Italy's finest white wine aperitif, then this is the country's best sparkling starter. It is light-filled, exhibiting white fruits, mountain herbs with fluffy guidance from the effortless bead. This is unlike any other sparkling wine and made in tiny volumes from a single, high altitude hectare of vines.”
