L’Eau d’Range brings together old-vine Chardonnay and Savagnin, given extended skin contact before ageing in old demi-muids. Orange peel, dried apricot and preserved citrus are layered with bergamot, gentle spice and a subtle nutty character. Deeply textured yet beautifully fresh, fine tannins and a pronounced saline mineral edge carry the wine through a long, savoury finish.
