Our signature non-alcoholic spirit – Banks Herbarium is distilled in the Yarra Valley. We use mountain fresh Yarra Valley water, to blend the distinctive notes of Cassia bark, with the freshness of Lemon Myrtle & Lime, nutty roasted tones of Wattleseed and the spice of wild Tasmanian pepperberry.

A refreshing bold & bittersweet non-alcoholic cocktail perfect for long summer afternoons. Blended with aromatic herbs, notes of orange & grapefruit peel, combined with the characteristic bitterness of Cinchona Bark.
