Working with Glitter Haven's Blue Lagoon is like watching the sun shimmer over the restive waters off a cool lagoon on a hot summer's day. The ultrafine 0.3mm particles make Blue Lagoon a dream for covering large areas, but equally stunning as an eyeshadow or eyeliner. The larger 1.5mm particle create the same colour mood, but with more definition and pop.
