Forming a crystal clear sheath around the hair, this ultra-light formula locks down the cuticle to eradicate frizz while shielding the hair from UV and heat damage.  Vegan and alcohol free, Pop & Lock can be layered on wet or dry hair without a greasy build-up, creating a sleek texture with blinding shine.
