EHX - POG2 Midi Mod

Yes,  It's true!  With the help from our friends at Oscillator Devices we are now able to offer midi mods for the POG 2.  

You can now control your POG2 with midi! Hit one button on your midi controller and change all of your midi pedals at once - now including your POG2.  Bypass, scroll through presets or select a specific preset.  You can also enter or exit preset mode via midi as well. 

POG2 will come programmed to CH4 by default. Simply email us with a picture of your module (so we can see the version) and we will send the correct instructions for midi channel adjustment.

What can you control on the POG2 Midi Mod?
a. Engage or Bypass the pedal 
b. Scroll through presets or jump to a specific preset 
c. Enter / Exit preset mode 

Comes standard with Midi thru!

Ordering options: 

1. 1/8", 1/4" or 5 Pin DIN midi connections - Select the midi in and out jack you want installed / included with your POG2 midi mod.  

3. Customer Install - You will receive the midi module only and will need to drill the enclosure, install the midi module and test the unit yourself. 

4. Goodwood Audio Install - You ship us your pedal, we do the drilling, module install and testing and ship it back to you within 2 weeks. Return shipping included in Australia, USA and Canada in the price at purchase!

How does ordering work? 

Choose if you want us to install your midi mod, or if you would like to do the install yourself. 

CUSTOMER INSTALL:

If you decide to do the install yourself, we will ship the mod within 3 business days. Once you get the midi module you can carefully drill, install and test your work.  A great option for the muso that wants a hands on pedal modding experience. 

We will send you install instructions to follow! 

GOODWOOD INSTALL:

If you choose to have Goodwood Audio do your midi module install we will need to get your POG2 sent to our shop.  After your order, we will send you shipping info for our Goodwood Audio USA, Australia or Canada locations.  

After we receive your pedal we will do the mod within 2 weeks and ship it back at no extra charge.

CABLE TYPES: 

Depending on the jack type you select on ordering (1/8", 1/4" or 5 Pin Midi panel), you will need to consider how you will connect your POG2 to midi.  

As standard the 1/8" and 1/4" connections will be midi type A.  If you need a cable for this or want more info, check out our Midi Cable Designer.  

Goodwood Audio will take responsibility for any scratches / dents on your POG2 if you select "Goodwood Install" for the module.  However, EHX pedals tend to have paint that doesn't adhere well to their enclosure.  Every once in a while, no matter how much care is taken, the paint around the holes we drill for the midi jacks will bubble / separate from the enclosure.  This is NOT covered under warranty / by Goodwood Audio and is a risk of getting the midi mod installed. We are more than happy to answer any questions before the install is performed.
