An authentic Panettone Classico in a mini version: very soft with raisins and candied fruit. 

The Cake which is the symbol of Christmas, made according to the traditional method. Mother yeast and only fresh egg yolks, 48 hours of leavening without any rush, 6 hours of natural cooling upside down.
