Icarus is the son of Daedalus who to escape imprisonment flies by means of artificial wings but falls into the sea and drowns when the wax of his wings melts as he flies too near the sun.
The story of Icarus and Daedalus is thousands of years old. The moral of the story is still relevant today. The moral is simple: Aim for the middle course and avoid extremes.
