Our handcrafted Maasai shuka pouches are made in partnership with our team in Tanzania. Your purchase has contributed to the development of our sewing studio and is enabling our team to learn how to work sustainably with fabric offcuts and create small and practical items.
Maasai shuka produced in Arusha, and directly traded from our partner store in Dar es Salaam. Each beaded charm has been made by our Maasai Mama Amos, who we have worked together with for 5 years. We also supply a collection to her for selling together with her own jewellery in her small street side shop.
