Ounce Gin - Shiraz

Ounce Gin 'Shiraz' isn't sloe gin; it's the embodiment of what sloe gin aspires to be. Crafted in collaboration with Massey Wines, this exquisite gin elevates the tradition with juicy dark fruit-forward Shiraz grapes from McLaren Vale. Complemented by Juniper, Grapefruit, Hibiscus, Elderberry, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, and Cacao Nib, it achieves a pleasing velvety length and structure. Ounce Gin 'Shiraz' is not a drink; it's a testament to the art of delicious, a delightful symphony that redefines the possibilities of what the sloe gin style can truly become. Indulge in the rich flavours and craftsmanship that set this gin apart.
