Young Living Frankincense Essential Oil 15ml

Frankincense essential oil has a distinctive rich, balsamic and earthy aroma. Traditionally valued for spiritual practices, its uplifting scent is ideal for prayer, meditation and grounding. It can also be incorporated into beauty routines to support radiant-looking skin.

How to Use

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to the desired area. Dilution is not required except for very sensitive skin.

Aromatic: Diffuse for up to 1 hour, three times daily.

Culinary: Add sparingly to water, juice or NingXia Red®.

Other Uses

• Diffuse at home or work to create a grounding environment for prayer or meditation.
• Add to daytime lotion or night cream for a customised moisturiser.
• Diffuse during yoga, then dilute with carrier oil for a post-practice massage.
• Place 3–5 drops on cotton balls and position around the home as an air freshener.
• Add a few drops to a felt car freshener or an air-conditioning vent clip.
